It didn't work!

So I went home yesterday, partly so that I could hang out with Laura C and partly so that I could get the jaws CD for the upgrade that was sent to my house.

I tried to do the damn upgrade today and it basically said I had to delete Jaws 5.0 from my comp. So I did. The new jaws since its just an upgrade didn't come with an authorization disk. I just had to use my old one. But after it was all said and done, it wouldn't authorize because for some stupid reason u need a god damned CD now. So they couldn't have tole me/sent me one after I told them all the crap going on the phone? The answer is no. Why? Ooooo I know, because freedom scientific sucks!!!

Anyway, now for the other reason I went home. To hang out with Laura C. I had been hanging out with Poz on Friday night and she said she'd drive me to the train station. Which was awesome because I didn't have to pay ridiculous amounts of money for a cab...

Side note: hanging out with Poz and Seeley was good times. Not only because Mike and I finished the brockoli caserole, but also because Laura Poz (damn I know too many Laura's) and I had a long conversation and I feel as though it was helpful because not only did she allow me to rant (thanks Laura) but she also seemed to A understand and B made me feel as if I wasn't over reacting about certain things... That was cool though. Though Mike left earlier Laura and I hung out for at least 3 hours and then I saw her again the next morning.

She left because she was worried about the place where she parked her car and I signed on line and proceeded to talk to Pete for at least an hour. Apparently, he got the Vampire RPG books for Christmas. This means that we will have to play at Drew! Which will just be us staying up all night as if we didn't all do that last year. He got to go to England for Winter break. I was jealous. Lol. We talked about a lot of things including me borrowing the books so I could scan them into my comp early which clearly means hanging out at some point. Lol.

Anyway, this is back on topic... My Mom told me that she would pick me up in Seacaucus so that I didn't have to train it all the way to Madison. Which was cool. Though now thinking back on it it may have been easier to have taken the train. This seacaucus junction station is huge. So let's just say that Maggie and my Mom couldn't find me for like a half hour. I was on the other side of the station. Haha. I thought it was really funny considering that my Mom had people in the station helping her. It was like a search party. Haha. Anyway, she found me, and then drove me to meet Laura C and Jason.

Luckily, they too were running late. So it ended up not being so bad. We pretty much got there at the same time. Around 1. The movie we decided to go see (the chronicles of Narnia) wasn't playing until 3-20 so we went to eat at the main street cafe. The food was yummy and we did a lot of talking. While telling Laura all kinds of storries and trying to work out my feelings/confusion about lots of different things I have decided that not only are other people confusing. I must be... I don't know. But to be so confused by others' responses, reactions and or comments, I'm either less observant then I originally thought or else I am just missing shit that I should be getting. Or else everyone else is just crazy. Hmmmm sounds like a better explanation to me.

So yeah food. It was awesome! They had this friggin cheese crab dip there and oh man it ruled. If I'd have known I'd have just gotten that and that'd have been the end of it. But alass... I shall have to remember next time. Lol. I also ate lobster bisque (shit I think I actually spelled that right) and this kick ass chicken sandwich.

After food, we went to the movie. So I really did like it. I liked most things about it. It was well done and all that and I'm sure the effects were awesome, and although it had a shit load of action Laura was a good commontator. So all that was neat. There were just little things that I noticed about the movie that I didn't like. Particularly the portrayal of the women/girls. But I won't rant about that here. That is a rant for my POP (the psychology of power oppression and privelige) class... But anyway... So yeah, the movie was enjoyable. And friggin long. By the time we got out and started driving towards Chadham so Laura could get an I tunes card it was like 6-10. I was gonna take the train home, but my Mom said she'd pick me up. So we had a little more time. Thus, we went to Cold Stone. And I got some kind of goood ice cream which I'm still not sure what was in it. So anyway. Hanging out with Laura as always was good. She is so awesome and we are so similar. Its a plus that her and I (and Jason who paid for everything btw about which i feel bad) like to eat. Also, they both said they'd be down to play the RPG so that's cool. Pete'll be happy about that. Lol.

And now, I must go read and answer these questions for my Pop class. So...
